before the fall......
because our patient count was a little low, it was decided that the nursing staff would take turns and deep clean empty patient rooms..... Jill was moving along, scrubbing and cleaning.... all of a sudden Jana and I heard a loud crash from the room where she was.... the ladder had tipped and she fell... out of all the rooms cleaned and all the nurses cleaning them....
it could only happen to Jill.... lol
ps.... she twisted her knee and was off work for a couple weeks... but recovered fine.
