I love this picture of Sherri Lynn. She was perched on the edge of a cliff and she has a fear of heights... can't tell...
they went wading in a mountain lake... they said it was very cold....
..... and clear....

While they were wondering around the mountains of Colorado... we spent the day relaxing at the cabin.... reading, plyaing yahtzee, watching movies and playing on the laptop. but then.... we got some action.... the deer decided it was a good day to relax at the cabin as well.... caught this pretty one just sunning herself in the back yard.....
one of the younger deer came right up to the deck (see the deck post?? no zoom used here).. to nibble on some of the squirrel feed that got dropped on the ground... aren't those eyes gorgeous??
then we got to witness something that we've never seen before... a little speckled fawn nursing her momma.... sweet.
little thing was playing peek-a-boo with us from behind the tree....
when she was more comfortable with us all watching her from the deck...she just cut loose.... how cute it was to watch her bounce around the cabin.... lol... I'm glad we did stay at the cabin, otherwise we would have missed out on the wildfife.
