George and I (along with the much appreciated help of Auntie Caycay), took all 3 grandbabies for New Years Eve....... THEY could have partied all night.... Papa & Nana were worn out by 1030 pm....

Jesse, Lindsey and Brookie were finally able to make it down for their Christmas with us. We really had an enjoyable time visiting.....

so good that Jesse went home while Linny and Brookie decided to spend a few days with us....

27 Dec 09 - more snow drifts

was amazed at the drifts outside the window in room 101. If you've never been in Horton Hospital, the window sill comes up to my waist, so you're looking at about a 2-3 foot drift.... kinda neat!

25 Dec 2009 - Christmas at home

Due to the weather, some of the kids couldn't make it in for Christmas Day. Cady was home for the holiday. Drew, Tori & Jhace came in the night before, when it wasn't quite so bad. And Derek (somehow) managed to drive in from DeKalb.... We did have a nice day together.
