Today was a very full day.... from sun-up to sundown was non-stop activity!!

We stumbled across this really neat old ghost town named Independance. It was an old mining town in its day. When it's citizens left, they left so much behind. I've included a link to a site that has some more history on this really neat place. I think this was my favorite place because I love old cabins.... just knowing that over a hundred years ago, someone lived here. That kind of history gives me goose bumps.

After we spent some time exploring the old ghost town, we went our seperate ways.... George and I were headed to find Glenwood Springs, Colorado (the birthplace of his Mom). The rest of our group were going to cruise the back roads around Aspen.... the following photos aren't in order, I posted their photo's first, then mine.
